Sales Support Specialist – French

About the role

As a Sales Support Specialist focusing on French‑speaking customers, you will work within Maersk’s Contract Management and sales operating model to ensure seamless execution of sales support tasks. You will act as a bridge between Area Sales, Global Service Centers and internal functions, delivering accurate transactional activities and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end sales support and administrative tasks in line with established processes.
• Manage assigned customer accounts, understand requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in CRM systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate market trends, pricing updates and policy changes to sales teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Handle French‑speaking customers and provide sales support in French (B2 level).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Certified B2 fluency in French.
