Planning Engineer - Phoenix

About the role

We are looking for a Planning Engineer (Phoenix) to develop, monitor and control the schedule, resources and progress of a high‑rise commercial project. The role works within the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System and follows the BV Code of Ethics and Group policy.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare baseline schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Monitor schedule progress, identify delays and propose recovery plans.
• Track critical path and dependencies across civil, façade, MEP and interior works.
• Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, S‑curves and earned‑value charts.
• Coordinate weekly and monthly progress reviews with site teams.
• Support cost planning, productivity analysis and resource forecasting.
• Review contractor schedules, method statements and weekly updates.
• Provide early warnings for schedule slippages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in planning high‑rise or commercial projects.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Understanding of construction sequencing and MEP integration.
• Familiarity with cost control, earned‑value management and productivity analysis.
