About the role

Goodera is looking for an engaging freelance in‑person Event Host/Emcee to lead corporate volunteering events in Guwahati. You will represent Goodera, create memorable experiences for volunteers and ensure smooth event execution.

Key responsibilities

• Host and manage volunteering events tailored for corporate teams.
• Set up materials, welcome participants, and guide the event flow from start to finish.
• Engage volunteers through clear communication and public speaking.
• Capture event moments and document outcomes.
• Connect with partner nonprofits and beneficiaries to close the impact loop.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and rapport‑building skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
• Strong passion for social impact and volunteering.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing event situations.
• Self‑driven, proactive team player.
