Financial Analyst – Global Operations Finance

About the role

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Worldwide Operations Finance team. In this role you will support planning, reporting and capital management for a complex global supply chain, partnering with finance and operations leaders to drive data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive P&L, headcount and capital planning and reporting for worldwide operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with business and finance partners to identify and implement process improvements.
• Lead automation initiatives using AI‑based tools to streamline planning and reporting models.
• Maintain strong controllership across all FP&A workstreams, applying robust controls and risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience building financial and operational reports that support business decisions.
• Experience in corporate finance functions such as budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Knowledge of standard finance software and data‑analysis tools.
