Energy Platforms Analyst (Energy Consulting)

About the role

Accenture is looking for an Energy Platforms Analyst to join its Energy practice. The role supports downstream oil & gas clients in digital transformation, strategic decision‑making and cost optimisation across major Indian cities.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver client projects and develop Digital Centers of Excellence.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of downstream projects covering strategy, project management, digital transformation and cost optimisation.
• Accelerate clients’ journey toward a more connected, lean and agile organization.
• Assist senior leadership in drafting proposals, client pitches and solution architecture.
• Identify and quantify industry‑specific digital disruption opportunities through analytics and digital capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent written communication and ability to produce industry point‑of‑view documents.
• Team‑management skills with effective stakeholder engagement.
• Analytical mindset, fast learning aptitude and cross‑cultural competence.

Required skills

• SAP PP/QM (Hydrocarbon Product Management, Mining solutions)
• SAP MM with Oil & Gas or Chemical industry experience
• SAP IS O&G Downstream (S4SCSD) modules such as TSW, TD, TM, BDRP
• Field Logistics SAP IS O&G Downstream Solutions
