About the role
The Deputy Manager – TPM will join Pepsi Beverages Company’s North America Beverage organization, supporting the sales customer team with pricing, hierarchy, and dispute management. The role ensures accurate and timely maintenance of pricing data in DEAL systems and drives process improvements across the team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage stakeholder relationships and governance for pricing, hierarchy, dispute research, monitoring and reporting.
- Execute pricing set‑up and maintenance, hierarchy updates, and dispute resolution in DEAL systems.
- Collaborate across functions to bring efficiencies and integrate front‑ and back‑end services.
- Identify root‑cause issues, propose creative solutions, and ensure SLA/OLA compliance.
- Maintain accuracy of pricing planning models and communicate changes to internal teams.
Required profile
- 4‑6 years of experience in sales or sales management within a Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business administration, marketing or finance; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication and time‑management abilities.
- Independent, motivated and able to translate direction into actionable plans.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience using ERT, Business Objects and SAP/ERP systems.
