About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our Digital Marketing Sales team. You will identify new business opportunities, pitch a range of digital marketing services, and convert leads into long‑term clients.
Key responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and present tailored digital marketing solutions.
- Deliver professional presentations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Participate in industry events, webinars, and client meetings as needed.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights to leadership.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in digital marketing sales or IT services sales with B2B exposure.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and capable of working independently.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Web Design/Development.
