Zonal Manager – International Hotel Supply

About the role

The Zonal Manager will join MakeMyTrip’s International Hotel Supply team, focusing on the Thailand and Vietnam markets. Reporting to the Regional Director, the role drives expansion of the hotel partner network, onboarding new properties and maximizing revenue from existing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new hotel partners across Thailand and Vietnam, expanding the portfolio of over 17,000 global properties.
• Set and monitor revenue targets, market‑entry plans, and account‑specific strategies for each partner.
• Lead, coach, and performance‑track a team of Business Development Managers to ensure market coverage and commercial goal achievement.
• Collaborate with internal Revenue, Product, Marketing, and Supply teams to align partner initiatives with company objectives.
• Review monthly performance reports, analyse market trends, and provide data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Represent MakeMyTrip in global meetings, negotiations, and strategic discussions with C‑level hotel executives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel supply, business development or related commercial roles, preferably within the Asia‑Pacific region.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow B2B relationships with international hotel chains and independent properties.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of business development professionals.
• Excellent analytical mindset and ability to translate market data into actionable plans.
