About the role
We are looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Grand Hyatt Gurgaon. In this role you will ensure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards while delivering courteous and professional service.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of assigned guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
- Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies according to hotel standards.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
- Assist guests with requests and ensure a pleasant stay experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of work equipment and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.
Required profile
- Diploma or professional certification in Hospitality or Tourism Management (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel operations or housekeeping.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across shifts, including weekends.
