About the role
The Assistant Manager – Front Office will support the Front Office Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations of the hotel’s front desk. This role aligns with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards while delivering exceptional service to guests, employees, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in managing front desk activities, including check‑in, check‑out and reservations.
- Supervise and coach front office staff to maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Monitor and enforce brand standards and operational procedures.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate front office records.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader in Front Office or Guest Relations within a hotel.
- Strong communication and customer‑relation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet guest and owner expectations.
