About the role

The Waiter/Waitress will deliver an excellent and consistent level of service to hotel guests, ensuring every dining experience reflects Hyatt’s high standards. This position focuses on serving food and beverage in the assigned dining area while maintaining a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible approach. The role aims to maximise guest satisfaction through attentive and personalized service.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverage to guests in the assigned place of work, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service to maximise guest satisfaction.
• Maintain an excellent and consistent level of service throughout each shift.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders and address guest requests.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
