About the role

The Hyatt Regency Gurgaon is seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to welcome guests in its restaurant outlets. The role combines front‑of‑house guest reception with basic cashier duties, ensuring a seamless dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly, managing reservations and waitlists.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately at the restaurant cashier desk.
• Maintain inventory records for the outlet, reporting shortages or discrepancies.
• Assist service staff with table turnover, special requests, and overall floor operations.
• Provide consistent, high‑quality customer service throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
