Trainee MEP Engineer – Building Services (Pune)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Trainee MEP Engineer to join our Building Services team in Pune. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design within an AEC/BIM environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create 3D MEP system models and drawings in Revit (LOD 100‑300).
• Coordinate MEP layouts with architectural and structural teams, ensuring clash‑free designs using Navisworks.
• Prepare HVAC shop drawings, ventilation and chilled‑water layouts, and perform duct and pipe sizing calculations.
• Maintain daily MIS reports, time‑sheets, and project documentation.
• Support quality assurance and QA/QC reviews of deliverables.

Required profile

• 0‑1 year of experience or fresh graduate in Civil/Mechanical engineering.
• Basic knowledge of MEP concepts in AEC/BIM.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Good communication skills for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Required skills

• Revit (latest version) for MEP modeling.
• Navisworks for clash detection.
• AutoCAD for drafting.
• BIM 360 collaboration and work‑set management.
• Creation of parametric families.
• HVAC shop drawing preparation and duct/pipe sizing.
• Understanding of ISO and predefined work processes.
