Experienced Modeller – Roads & Highways/Rail

About the role

We are looking for an Experienced Modeller specializing in Roads, Highways and Rail projects. The role involves creating accurate visualisations and BIM models to support infrastructure design and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate learning and experience outcomes expected for junior positions while delivering senior‑level modelling work.
• Visualise project works using CAD and BIM tools, ensuring high accuracy and the “get it right first time” approach.
• Interpret and execute instructions from multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Diploma or Associate Degree.
• Preferably at least 6 years of professional industry experience.
• Strong ability to interpret and carry out instructions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for a diverse, multi‑disciplinary environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Knowledge of BIM processes and tools.
