Senior Architect – Construction Engineering

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our Construction Engineering team in Pune. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high‑quality architectural solutions that meet strict timelines and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deeply understand client requirements and ensure project outputs align with expectations.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams to facilitate seamless project execution.
• Manage delivery timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare daily MIS reports, project documentation, and accurate timesheets.
• Monitor project progress and maintain meticulous documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Uphold rigorous quality standards and ensure zero‑error delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience, preferably with exposure to international building codes.
• Strong analytical mindset, precision‑driven work ethic, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and inter‑departmental coordination skills.
• Leadership potential for supervising junior staff.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and AutoCAD 3D.
• Experience with BIM software and related workflows.
