Junior Structure Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Structure Engineer to support the delivery of structural analysis, design calculations and documentation for global projects. Working under the guidance of senior engineers, you will contribute to building safe and efficient structures for buildings, infrastructure and industrial facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and update analysis models for reinforced concrete and steel elements using tools such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD or RAM.
• Perform supervised design checks and prepare calculation sheets, basic design notes and inputs for design reports.
• Coordinate with BIM/CAD teams to produce and issue drawings, apply redline markups and maintain drawing registers.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance through self‑checks, checklist completion, proper file naming/version control and comment resolution.
• Follow applicable design codes and project specifications (IS codes, Eurocodes, ACI, AS, NZ, etc.) based on project region.
• Participate in coordination calls, document actions and close‑out items.
• Continuously learn and update knowledge of codes, software workflows and internal standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s (BE/BTech) in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in structural design for buildings, infrastructure or industrial projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ETABS, SAFE, STAAD or RAM for structural analysis.
• Strong Excel skills for calculations.
• Experience with AutoCAD; exposure to Revit and Navisworks is a plus.
