Tour Operator – Full-time, On-site in Agra

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Tour Operator to join our team in Agra. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will design and deliver memorable travel experiences for our clients across India.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and lead guided tours, ensuring smooth logistics and high‑quality service.
• Handle reservations, bookings and sales inquiries, including upselling and customising packages.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations and activities.
• Collaborate with clients to create personalised itineraries.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with transport and accommodation partners.

Required profile

• Proven experience in guided tours and a solid understanding of travel and tourism.
• Strong customer‑service and reservation‑management abilities.
• Sales experience with a focus on upselling and tailoring tour packages.
• Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agra and major Indian tourist destinations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
