About the role
We are looking for a dedicated Tour Operator to join our team in Agra. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will design and deliver memorable travel experiences for our clients across India.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and lead guided tours, ensuring smooth logistics and high‑quality service.
- Handle reservations, bookings and sales inquiries, including upselling and customising packages.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations and activities.
- Collaborate with clients to create personalised itineraries.
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate with transport and accommodation partners.
Required profile
- Proven experience in guided tours and a solid understanding of travel and tourism.
- Strong customer‑service and reservation‑management abilities.
- Sales experience with a focus on upselling and tailoring tour packages.
- Excellent organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agra and major Indian tourist destinations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality or a related field preferred but not mandatory.
