Test Architect – C# with Selenium

About the role

Join Philips, a leading innovator in image‑guided therapy solutions, as a Test Architect for the Azurion Eye Sensing Lab. You will own the automated test strategy for Data Analytics dashboards, micro‑services and data pipelines, delivering high‑quality, AI‑driven insights to clinical users.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the automated test framework covering UI, API, integration and end‑to‑end scenarios.
• Lead the design and development of test scripts and mentor Automation Engineers on best practices.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and generate reporting.
• Collaborate with developers and technical leaders during design and code reviews to ensure testability.
• Define test coverage metrics, quality KPIs and manage defect triage and resolution.
• Produce regulatory documentation such as test plans, protocols and reports for QMS compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of software quality engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a senior/lead automation role.
• ISTQB certification (Foundation or Advanced) and strong analytical abilities.

Required skills

• C# (primary automation scripting language).
• Selenium, SpecFlow, NUnit, Playwright.
• Python (nice to have).
• Kubernetes and Docker for containerised test environments.
• API testing tools such as Postman or RestSharp.
• CI/CD tools: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions.
• Experience with regulated software standards (IEC 62304, ISO 13485, FDA frameworks).
• Performance testing tools and AI‑assisted development utilities.
