About the role
The Territory Sales Incharge will lead sales activities across the Mangalore region, acting as the primary point of contact for retailers, channel partners and customers. This role combines market intelligence, promotional execution, and commercial management to drive growth and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, gathering feedback and insights for the Area Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies to implement zonal marketing plans, ensuring proper display of POP materials and promotional schemes.
- Train retailers on new products and technical aspects, conduct sales visits, and manage leads from initiation to conversion.
- Address customer complaints promptly, arrange site visits when needed, and oversee refunds or replacements of damaged goods.
- Collaborate with the Commercials team to raise sales invoices, follow up on payments, and ensure compliance with sales processes and system requirements.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent coordination skills with agencies, channel partners and internal teams.
- Experience in conducting retailer training and managing end‑to‑end sales cycles.
- Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly.
- Attention to detail in commercial documentation and payment follow‑up.
