About the role
The Customer Relationship Manager will lead a team of Sales Managers to drive business growth across the assigned region. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, retaining existing ones, and ensuring the sales process runs smoothly to meet company targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve premium and NAAC sales targets through continuous interaction with sales managers and regular productivity reviews.
- Facilitate smooth sales and service processes, including sales calls, issuance, and complaint handling.
- Control expenses by tracking budgets and securing commitments before spending.
- Allocate resources effectively, recruit, develop, and train team members to maximize productivity.
- Implement profitable business acquisition methods and conduct regular business reviews.
- Ensure timely renewals by communicating with customers and resolving queries.
- Support lead generation initiatives and explore new prospecting approaches.
- Mentor, supervise, and coach the sales team, providing on‑the‑job and classroom training.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor productivity and expense gaps.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for customer interaction and team leadership.
- Ability to design and deliver training programs for skill enhancement.
- Strategic mindset to allocate resources and set realistic targets.
