Temporary TML IC Trainer – Chandigarh

About the role

We are seeking an experienced TML IC Trainer to join our team in Chandigarh on a temporary basis. The role involves delivering high‑quality training programs, developing internal certification curricula, and ensuring effective knowledge transfer for both internal and external participants.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver comprehensive TML (Training Management/Technical Module Learning) training programs.
• Create engaging instructional materials such as presentations, manuals, assessments and digital content.
• Facilitate classroom and virtual sessions, adapting content to diverse learning styles.
• Conduct pre‑training assessments and post‑training evaluations to measure effectiveness.
• Develop and administer internal certification examinations aligned with organizational standards.
• Provide constructive feedback, track participant progress and maintain detailed training records.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to keep training content current.
• Identify training gaps and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering corporate training programs.
