About the role

The GL Bajaj Institute seeks an Associate Professor to lead teaching, research, and academic development in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Information Technology. The role combines classroom instruction with high‑impact research and industry collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in core CSE, AI, AIML, Data Science, and IT.
• Lead and coordinate research projects, secure external funding, and publish in internationally‑rated journals.
• Mentor students on research, live projects, and professional development.
• Represent GL Bajaj at national and international conferences, enhancing the institute’s brand.
• Develop academic standards, innovative assessment methods, and student learning strategies.

Required profile

• Ph.D. or equivalent in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven record of research publications, external funding, and project leadership.
• Experience teaching at the university level, preferably with AKTU affiliation.
• Ability to engage students through seminars, workshops, and industry‑linked projects.
