Junior Data Science Coach – Training & Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Data Science Coach to train learners in analytics and data science, guiding them through real‑world projects and preparing them for industry roles.

Key responsibilities

• Train learners on data extraction, cleaning, modeling and insight generation using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau and Power BI.
• Provide guidance, problem‑solving assistance and mentorship for data science projects.
• Conduct grading, assessments, mock interviews and collaborate with program managers and career services to make learners industry‑ready.
• Lead pilot hands‑on projects for clients, applying statistical and machine‑learning techniques.
• Work with content teams to upgrade curriculum and create new learning material.
• Spend roughly 50 % of time on classroom training and the remainder on assessments and client projects.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience in analytics, data science or machine learning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities.
• Passion for teaching and ability to manage the analytics project lifecycle.
