About the role

The Training Coordinator will oversee the smooth delivery of training programs across multiple campuses in Chandigarh, Ludhiana, and Shimla. This role ensures optimal use of classrooms, staff, and resources while maintaining high student engagement and attendance.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule faculty and allocate classroom resources efficiently.
• Form batches, file mandatory student documents, and distribute courseware.
• Inspect student grooming and conduct parent‑teacher meetings.
• Support placement activities and manage student fee collections.
• Prepare daily reports on training delivery and placement outcomes.
• Oversee student certification processes and reduce dropout rates.
• Drive upselling through student referrals and organize engagement activities.
