About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Telesales Executive to join our international BPO team in Delhi NCR on an immediate basis. The role focuses on US‑based sales and collection activities, handling both first‑party and third‑party accounts. Candidates will engage prospects over the phone, promote services, and achieve sales targets while delivering a high standard of customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound tele‑sales and tele‑marketing calls targeting US clients.
- Manage first‑party and third‑party collection processes.
- Identify sales opportunities, qualify leads, and close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Required profile
- Previous experience in US sales, telesales or tele‑marketing.
- Excellent verbal communication and fluency in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using CRM or similar sales tools.
