About the role
MPloychek is a fast‑growing startup at the crossroads of HR, blockchain and AI. We are looking for a motivated Customer Support Executive to deliver prompt, professional assistance to our clients and help shape the customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat in a timely manner.
- Identify customer needs, provide accurate product, pricing and technical information.
- Document all interactions, including issues, complaints and resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve problems and ensure satisfaction.
- Track and follow up on open cases to guarantee timely closure.
- Analyze trends in customer issues and relay feedback to product and development teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Tamil and Hindi is a plus.
- Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail.
- 0‑1 years of relevant experience.
Required skills
- Proficiency with customer support software and CRM systems.
