About the role
Luxury Personified LLP, a leading distributor of premium luxury brands in India, is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist. You will be the voice of the company, delivering high‑quality assistance to high‑net‑worth clients across voice, chat, and email channels.
Key responsibilities
- Handle outbound voice calls for service follow‑ups, appointment scheduling and issue resolution.
- Provide real‑time assistance through live chat, managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Draft clear, professional email responses to product, service and order inquiries.
- Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow standard operating procedures.
- Escalate and resolve complaints, ensuring a 100% resolution rate within the defined timeframes.
Required profile
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 3 years of experience.
- Excellent verbal and written English; Hindi is a plus.
- Strong listening, empathy and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a polite, brand‑aligned tone.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with MS Office.
