Telemarketer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Telemarketer to make outbound calls, schedule appointments and help grow sales using lead data from multiple sources. The role is based in K R Puram / Krishnarajapuram and focuses on generating interest for our real‑estate sites.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyse data to define target audiences.
• Make targeted phone calls to prospective clients.
• Respond to incoming email and phone enquiries promptly.
• Understand client requirements and suggest relevant property sites.
• Convince clients to arrange site visits.

Required profile

• Minimum 12th grade education.
• 0‑5 years of experience, preferably in real‑estate sales.
• Willingness to work on weekends and follow a Wednesday‑to‑Monday schedule.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
