Head of Persistency & Pre‑Issuance Verification (TL‑AVP)

About the role

The Head of Persistency & Pre‑Issuance Verification (TL‑AVP) will lead the implementation, tracking and analysis of new‑business logging and pre‑issuance verification processes across the call centre and related stakeholders. The role ensures that business quality remains high, issuance timelines are protected, and sales performance is not impacted by verification delays.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the quality of business logged through back‑office checks, audits and physical verifications.
• Design and operate a robust PIVC framework, including pre‑login verification for DSF and TPD business.
• Develop predictive models and scorecards to anticipate verification outcomes and provide regular dashboards to stakeholders.
• Influence and collaborate with sales, underwriting and other functions to improve PIVC throughput and resolve dispute trends.
• Build and maintain systems for storage, retrieval and dissemination of PIVC data, automating reporting and scorecard generation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in call‑centre operations, insurance new‑business or persistency processes, and cross‑functional stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design frameworks, monitor trends and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to influence internal teams and ensure compliance with audit standards.
