International Voice Process Agent (Night Shift)

About the role

We are seeking energetic, target‑driven individuals to join our team as International Voice Process Agents. In this night‑shift position you will engage with international customers over the phone, pitch our products and services, and drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to international customers and generate sales.
• Effectively pitch products/services and close deals.
• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Update CRM with call details and sales status.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or international voice process (freshers welcome).
• Excellent communication and convincing abilities.
• Strong sales aptitude and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM).
• Basic computer knowledge.

Required skills

• Prior experience (1‑2 years) in international sales within a BPO environment.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales confidently.
• Goal‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Proficient English language skills.
