Telecalling Executive – Bangalore & Hyderabad

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Telecalling Executives to join our team in Bangalore and Hyderabad. The role focuses on outbound outreach to partners, managing follow‑ups and delivering prompt support to queries while maintaining a professional caller experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to partners and follow up on interactions.
• Handle queries and provide appropriate support.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update partner information in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.

Required profile

• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking in English and Hindi; regional language advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Freshers with strong communication are welcome.
• Ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic computer knowledge.
• Proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., MS Office).
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
