Wellness Communication Specialist – Call Center Representative

About the role

PawsnCollars Private Limited is seeking a Wellness Communication Specialist to join its call centre team in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. This full‑time, on‑site position involves handling both inbound and outbound calls to support pet owners with product, service and appointment queries.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and initiate outbound calls to customers.
• Provide accurate information about pet‑care products, services and order status.
• Schedule, update and confirm appointments in the system.
• Record all interactions in the CRM and maintain up‑to‑date customer records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Follow prescribed call scripts and quality guidelines to ensure consistent service.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or support, preferably in retail, e‑commerce or pet‑care.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and clear communication in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
• Minimum diploma or degree; additional customer‑service training is advantageous.
