Telecaller (Bengaluru South)

About the role

The Telecaller will join Global Enterprises’ Bengaluru South office to handle both outbound and inbound customer calls. You will promote the company’s products and services, answer inquiries, and help convert leads into satisfied customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls from potential and existing customers.
• Explain products or services clearly and follow approved scripts.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Follow up on leads, meet daily call targets, and ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Coordinate with sales and support teams to close leads or escalate issues.
• Adhere to company policies, maintain a professional tone, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication in English and local languages with a confident telephone manner.
• Ability to listen actively, engage customers, and provide concise information.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort using CRM or call‑management tools.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle high call volumes.
• Customer‑service mindset, patience and problem‑solving ability.
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bengaluru South and meet performance targets.
