Customer Care Associate

About the role

BrightCHAMPS is seeking a Customer Care Associate to join its Customer Care Operations team in Bangalore. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Resolve queries, complaints, and escalations while providing accurate product and payment information.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow company SOPs, scripts, and communication guidelines.
• Achieve daily productivity, quality, and performance targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and close customer issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer‑handling, active listening and problem‑solving abilities.
• Willingness to work six days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer care, voice process or BPO is preferred, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
