About the role
We are looking for a confident and professional Caller to join our remote team. The role involves interacting with prospects and existing clients to promote our digital marketing, website and technology services.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up with existing clients.
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Explain our digital marketing, website and technology services to callers.
- Maintain up‑to‑date call records and client information.
- Coordinate with internal teams when additional support is required.
Required profile
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
- Confident, polite and professional demeanor on calls.
- Basic computer and data‑entry proficiency.
- Strong follow‑up and organizational abilities.
- Telecalling or customer support experience is a plus; freshers are welcome.
- Preferred experience: 0–1 year.

- Full‑time remote position.
- Salary of INR 15,000 with incentives based on client deals.
