Telecaller & Receptionist (Full-time, On-site)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position in Greater Kailash combines telecalling and reception duties. You will handle inbound calls, make follow‑up calls to clients and prospects, and ensure a courteous, professional tone in every phone interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming calls, and place outgoing follow‑up calls to clients and prospects.
• Greet visitors, manage the front desk, coordinate appointments and guide guests to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain visitor logs, update records, support scheduling and assist with email or message communication.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and a positive experience for clients and visitors.

Required profile

• Strong phone etiquette and clear, polite communication style.
• Experience with front‑desk operations, visitor management and appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency in basic clerical tasks such as record keeping and data entry.
• Customer‑service mindset to handle inquiries and resolve basic issues.
• Comfort using office tools such as phone systems, email, calendars and spreadsheets.
• Minimum high school diploma; additional office‑administration certification is a plus.
