Technical Project Manager – Tether Wallet (Remote)

About the role

Tether is looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive the delivery of new features for the Tether Wallet, a self‑custodial solution used worldwide for USDT, XAUt, USAt and BTC. The role is fully remote and works closely with the Product Manager and cross‑functional teams to turn specifications into live releases.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end process of moving a feature from specification to launch.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, legal, compliance, licensing, expansion, marketing and customer support.
• Identify and resolve dependencies, ensuring timely delivery without bottlenecks.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and keep project timelines on track.
• Monitor release readiness and support post‑launch monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing software or fintech projects.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
