Senior Associate – Security & Compliance (Bangalore)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Associate to provide consultancy and support for security and compliance controls across Bosch and industry regulations. You will work closely with stakeholders to assess, document, and improve security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Consult on security frameworks such as ISO 27001:2022 and keep up‑to‑date with guideline changes.
• Conduct compliance assessments, gap analyses and prepare documentation to demonstrate compliance.
• Engage with managers, application owners and technical teams to evaluate security controls.
• Assist in developing Business Continuity Management Plans and guide best practices like penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, encryption and backup/storage security.
• Support implementation of security standards, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare reports, ensure KPI delivery and maintain accurate security documentation.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of relevant experience in IT security, governance, risk & compliance or related fields.
• Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree with relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and independent working abilities.
