Associate Project Manager – AMI Operations

About the role

The Associate Project Manager will lead the operations phase of Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) projects, ensuring seamless delivery of Bosch's smart metering solutions to utility customers. This role combines technical expertise in smart‑metering standards with strong stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day operations for AMI projects, coordinating customers, vendors and partners.
• Report progress to the Program Manager and senior leadership, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Manage operational deliverables, including deployment planning, training development and execution.
• Interface with internal and client teams to complete project activities and documentation.
• Develop expertise in utility industry practices and Bosch AMI solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of total IT experience, with at least 5 years in AMI or smart‑metering domains.
• B.Tech, MCA or equivalent technical degree; project‑management or ITIL certifications are a plus.
• Ability to travel as required and communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
