Cyber Security Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Information Security professional to lead enterprise‑wide cyber security initiatives, strengthen our cyber defence operations, and drive security governance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Cyber Defence Center, monitoring, analysing and responding to threats, incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Define, implement and maintain information security policies, standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and data‑privacy requirements.
• Design and deploy secure architecture solutions, managing WAF, endpoint security, SIEM, DLP, IAM and network security technologies.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments and support penetration‑testing reviews, aligning mitigation strategies with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor and develop cyber security teams, present risk posture updates to senior leadership and run organisation‑wide security awareness programmes.

• Proven leadership experience in cyber security operations and governance.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate complex security concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
