Tax Consultant – Advisory (Pune)

About the role

As a Consultant in Tax Advisory, you will support client engagements, ensuring efficient execution and contributing to profitable growth. The role involves preparing tax returns, drafting submissions, and providing advisory services for employee movement and expatriate matters.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file individual tax returns and e‑TDS returns, and draft submissions before tax authorities.
• Represent clients before tax authorities and advise on inbound/outbound structuring for employee mobility.
• Collaborate with tax professionals to deliver comprehensive tax solutions using electronic working papers and relevant software.
• Analyze data to produce accurate tax advisory and compliance products, meeting tight deadlines.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards in all client interactions.

Required profile

• Certified CA with 0‑1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Enthusiastic self‑starter and team player.
• Good time‑management and analytical abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
