About the role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead full‑cycle recruitment efforts and support our plant operations in Mumbai.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with Plant HRs and Plant Heads to identify vacancy needs.
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interview schedules.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and SPINE.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and employer branding activities.
- Perform any other tasks assigned from time to time.
Required profile
- Graduate or MBA/PG in Human Resources.
- Minimum 2 + years of recruitment experience.
- Based in Mumbai.
Required skills
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) proficiency.
- Experience with SPINE system.
