Supply Chain (Manufacturing) Strategy and Transformation Director

About the role

As a strategic leader within Anaplan’s Integrated Business Applications organization, you will drive the adoption of Supply Chain Enterprise Planning solutions across the go‑to‑market ecosystem. You will act as a trusted subject‑matter expert, bridging product, sales, services and partner teams to deliver value for Fortune‑50 customers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with GTM teams to integrate Supply Chain Enterprise Planning applications into Anaplan’s go‑to‑market motion.
• Create and deliver scalable knowledge‑sharing initiatives such as sales programs, executive presentations, ROI insights and enablement assets.
• Provide technical, process and architectural expertise throughout all stages of complex sales opportunities, both onsite and remotely.
• Support platform and AI teams with application design, pre‑market testing and early‑adopter feedback, translating field insights into product roadmap priorities.
• Represent Anaplan as a thought leader at analyst, industry events and in content creation, and collaborate with Competitive Intelligence to sharpen positioning.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, with deep knowledge of supply and demand planning at strategic and operational levels.
• Proven understanding of Anaplan or comparable EPM/Enterprise Planning/Supply‑Demand Planning solutions.
• Experience in consultative selling or strategic advisory roles within SaaS or enterprise software, including managing the full sales journey to implementation and expansion.
• Background in the manufacturing industry, preferably having worked directly in a manufacturing company before moving to SaaS.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and knowledge‑sharing abilities, with a track record of delivering compelling presentations and workshops.
