About the role

As a Software Engineer II you will design, develop and maintain automation solutions that support software deployment, engineering workflows and system integration for Philips’ health‑technology platforms.

Key responsibilities

Develop automation tools using C#.NET, PowerShell and Python following object‑oriented principles.
Implement CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, GitHub and release automation to improve productivity and quality.
Automate manual engineering processes through scripting, Infrastructure as Code and tooling.
Support IaC, environment provisioning, configuration management and deployment across Windows, VMware, Nutanix, AWS and Azure.
Enhance observability with logging, monitoring, analytics and performance dashboards.
Create and maintain technical documentation, conduct design and code reviews, and use version control for collaborative development.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
2–5 years of experience in software development, system automation or DevOps.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.

Required skills

C#.NET, PowerShell, Python.
CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Git, GitHub.
Infrastructure as Code, scripting, Agile development.
Windows, networking (DHCP, DNS, TCP/UDP), VMware, Nutanix, AWS, Azure.
XML, JSON, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, React.
AI‑assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot and Claude Code.
