Site Supervisor

About the role

Rovea Homes is seeking a full‑time Site Supervisor to manage on‑site operations for interior fit‑out and furniture manufacturing projects in Punjab. You will ensure that each project is delivered to design specifications, quality standards, and agreed timelines while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with contractors, suppliers, designers, and labor teams.
• Supervise site work, conduct regular inspections, and verify compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Monitor project progress, update documentation, and address any on‑site challenges promptly.
• Ensure that all work follows technical drawings and project requirements.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams regarding status and issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site supervision or construction management, preferably in interior fit‑out or furniture manufacturing.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
