Services Specialist – Spanish Engagement Financial Advisor (Hyderabad)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Services Specialist with Spanish language proficiency to join its Engagement Financial Advisor (EFA) team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on supporting engagement teams through financial analysis, budgeting, and the implementation of project management controls.

Key responsibilities

• Support one or more engagement teams by managing financial analysis, reconciliation, and engagement controls.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts, and track financial metrics such as revenue and expenses.
• Present analyses, discuss recommendations, and provide financial advice to senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Track expenditures, manage client billing, and oversee receivable collections.
• Perform PMO tasks and day‑to‑day contract management activities.
• Apply standard processes for project, quality, and risk management.
• Contribute to the growth of the EFA team through practice initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite, especially intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to summarize results and produce management reports.
• Strong oral and written communication with excellent presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
