Services Specialist – French Engagement Financial Advisor

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Services Specialist to join its Engagement Financial Advisor team. The role supports project and account operations, focusing on financial analysis, budgeting, and French‑language stakeholder management for engagements in Hyderabad.

Key responsibilities

• Support one or more engagement teams through financial analysis, reconciliation, and engagement management controls.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts to monitor revenue, expenses, and other financial metrics.
• Present analyses, recommendations, and financial guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Track expenditures and assist with billing and receivables collection activities.
• Perform Project Management Office (PMO) and day‑to‑day contract management tasks.
• Provide French‑language support for stakeholder interactions and contract administration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business from an accredited four‑year university.
• 3+ years of experience in a French‑language role with exposure to finance or financial analysis.
• 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to summarize results and produce management reports.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, billing, reconciliation, or contract management.
• Willingness to travel as required.
