Service Lab Account Manager – Trivandrum/Kochi

About the role

The Service Lab Account Manager will promote laboratory diagnostic services, tests and kits across the assigned territory in Kerala. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres, laboratories and healthcare professionals while achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and expand market share for critical‑care products in the region.
• Launch new products successfully across hospital and institutional channels.
• Manage and develop key accounts such as corporate hospitals, multispecialty centres, government institutions and diagnostic labs.
• Build relationships with super‑specialists in infectious diseases, oncology, nephrology and intensive care.
• Coordinate with marketing and medical‑affairs teams to execute regional strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs and business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field (MBA in Marketing/Healthcare Management preferred).
• 2–3 years of sales experience with leading diagnostic labs, MNCs or top Indian pharma companies.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Experience in hospital/institutional sales, product launches and key‑account management.
• Prior experience working in the Trivandrum/Kochi region is preferred.
