Service Lab Account Manager – Kerala

About the role

The Service Lab Account Manager will promote laboratory diagnostic services, tests, and kits across Kerala, focusing on hospitals, diagnostic centres, and laboratories. The role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and increase market share for Critical Care products in the region.
• Launch new critical‑care products successfully across hospital and institutional channels.
• Manage and develop key accounts such as corporate hospitals, multispecialty centres, government institutions, and diagnostic labs.
• Build relationships with super‑specialists in infectious diseases, oncology, nephrology, and intensive care.
• Coordinate with marketing and medical affairs teams to execute regional strategies.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management is highly preferred.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in diagnostic labs, MNCs, or top Indian pharma companies.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
• Experience with hospital/institutional sales, product launches, and key‑account management.
